This 45 minute class incorporates the bike for 20 minutes followed by 3 rounds of boxing drills.

Fitness boxing drills to include upper body boxing rounds, strength, and core exercises broken into 8 rounds of 5 minute drills.
Box Drills
A 45 minute HIIT style class that incorporates boxing, cycle, strength and core exercises.
